Email not received for questionnaire sent with 'Send Internal' option

Problem

When you send an Atlas Questionnaire using the Internal Send option to an internal user in SecurityScorecard teams, the intended recipient does not receive an email.

Solution

To enable the recipient to receive questionnaires, make sure they:

• Finishes creating their SecurityScorecard
• Logs into Atlas, so that they can receive questionnaires.
