Problem
When entering the domain in the search bar, you see the message No match found for example.com.
Solution
- The domain must resolve to a name server or have an A record in order to generate a Scorecard. This requirement prevents creation of Scorecards for non-existent domains or those with no footprint.
- The domain must also not redirect to a different domain from a web browser.
- Scorecards cannot be created as a subdomain, for specific customizations please use Custom Scorecards
