Unable to generate a Scorecard for a domain

Problem

When entering the domain in the search bar, you see the message No match found for example.com.

Solution

• The domain must resolve to a name server or have an A record in order to generate a Scorecard.  This requirement prevents creation of Scorecards for non-existent domains or those with no footprint.
• The domain must also not redirect to a different domain from a web browser.
• Scorecards cannot be created as a subdomain, for specific customizations please use Custom Scorecards
