Rule alerts received on a scorecard that is not followed

    Problem

    A rule alert was triggered that contains a scorecard that is not being followed.

    Answer

    When a scorecard has a custom tag added it will be included for any rule that contains “all followed scorecards”. This behavior is expected even if the scorecard is not in a portfolio.

    To remove the scorecard from the rule alert, it may be necessary to do one of the following:

    1. Change the rule so that only scorecards in a portfolio will be alerted.  OR
    2. Add back the tagged scorecards and remove the tag.
