How to display the invitation count and status over time in a Custom Report?
Answer
The ability to create a Custom Report on the platform to display the inviation count and status over time is not currently built in the product. This is considered as a Feature Request.
Workaround
The data about invitation is available for CSV export in the Contact Manager. To obtain the count of invitations alongside their respective statuses, utilize the 'Contact Manager' feature for exporting CSV. Employing filters such as Time Range, Invitation Status, Expectations, Claimed Scorecards, and Account Activity enhances the ability to tailor the report according to specific requirements.
Steps to download the report
- Login to Platform
- Under Core Tools, Select Contact Manager. (or go to https://platform.securityscorecard.io/#/contact-manager)
- Click on ‘Export CSV’.
- Data is generated in a CSV file for processing in other tools (Excel, Tableau...).
