Problem
When searching for a Scorecard using DUNS, the Scorecard is not available.
Answer
Ensure that before entering the DUNS number in the Platform Global Search bar, add a DUNS: prefix along with the number (example in screenshot below). If the scorecard is in our database with that DUNS, that scorecard will be shown in the results:
Note
At this time, some scorecard may not have their DUNS numbers associated therefore showing no result in the search. If this is the case, please reach out to Customer Support using the following support webform and our Support team can investigate.
