Question
Is it possible for two distinct teams to hold ownership of the same portfolio? For example, Team B has ownership to portfolio Z, and Team C has ownership to portfolio Z.
Answer
The ability for 2 teams to have private ownership to the same portfolio is not currently possible in the product. A Feature Request has been created for our Product Team to review for possible inclusion in the future.
Giving ownership to a team A of a portfolio already owned by another team B will remove automatically ownership to team B.
Workaround
Considering the scenario below:
- Team A owns portfolio A.
- Team C owns portfolio C.
Adding the users of Team A in the Team C will provide users of Team A access to portfolio C.
