Problem
My colleague has installed an integration for the SecurityScorecard Platform Marketplace (JIRA, PowerBI, Slack, Teams, CSC, Red Sift etc.), and can use them successfully. However, I cannot use them, it is neither installed nor configured in my account.
Answer
The integrations in the Marketplace are user specific. The configuration is not shared between users. As a result, each user must install and configure the integrations independently.
The ability to share Integrations between users of the same tenant is not currently built into the product. It is currently a Feature Request for our Product Team for possible inclusion in the future.
