Why would SecurityScorecard Support need access to my Organization?
A: At times we may require account access in order to investigate issues that we are unable to reproduce in our internal environment, but can be seen only with the user's account. The temporary account access will help us review the issue first hand including capturing logs from the browser that will help us dig deeper into the root cause and pass the collected diagnostic information to our engineering team.
Does SecurityScorecard require my credentials?
A: We do not and we will never ask for user's credentials in order to access a user account.
Who else has permissions to access my account?
A: SecurityScorecard Support team and Account Teams have this ability to access a user account.
Can SecurityScorecard Support access my account anytime?
A: We would only access after we have consent from the user giving us permission to access the account.
How can I give my consent for SecurityScorecard Support login access?
A: When filling out the Support Form, please ensure that a check is added next to the "Grant Login Access in order to assist you with a question, issue, or request. This is so that Support can log in to the application using your login to troubleshoot and fix issues stemming from your inquiry."
