Problem
When sending a questionnaire by entering the receivers email in the platform as shown in the below screenshot, there may be some instances where the receiver may not be able to access the questionnaire until their account is approved by their account administrator.
Solution
To expedite the process and have the receiver get instant access to the questionnaire, please try the following:
1. Delete previous sent questionnaire (An automatic credit will return if the questionnaire has not been started by the receiver).
2. Click ‘Send Questionnaire’.
3. Select the template and send the new questionnaire using 'Use company domain’ option.
4. Select 'Generate Company Link', copy the questionnaire link and email the link to the receiver.
5. Once the customer receives the link they will be redirected to this landing.
6. A new account will be created with an email and password. If the user already has an account, they will log in with their email and password.
7. A verification email will be sent to the receiver when a new account is created. The link in the email will redirect the receiver to the questionnaire. The receiver will then have access to fill out the questionnaire.
