Why do the new findings not automatically get added into an existing 'Action Plan'?
Answer
The reason for this is because the findings listed under Action Plans are fixed and do not dynamically update.
As an example, if the findings depart or get fixed, the existing findings on the Action Plan will be marked as "Completed". However, if a new finding gets added under the issue type, the owner of the Action Plan needs to create a new Action Plan. This is currently a limitation in the product and maybe updated in the future releases.
