Question:
I have made some changes to my website and fixed some vulnerabilities. Why are the issues still present against my Scorecard and why is the Score not increasing?
Answer:
Once the issues have been addressed, it can take a long time for our Platform to automatically age-out the findings. If you would like to get the findings remediated right away, then a remediation request needs to be submitted through the Issues Tab of the Scorecard. This process is also highlighted here.
