Generating Questionnaires/Atlas Report is unavailable

ISSUE

Generating a PDF report via Questionnaires Tool or Atlas Module is unavailable at the moment.

CAUSE

We have identified an issue causing unexpected behaviour. As a result we have disabled the feature for the time being. The ETA for this feature to be available again is unknown at this time. As soon as the feature is available again, the link to this KB will be retired.
