Redesigned Questionnaires Workspace

The redesigned questionnaire workspace provides a clear and intuitive layout, with improved organization and visibility of crucial information. As a result, you can complete questionnaires more quickly and accurately, saving time and reducing frustration.

When you open a questionnaire, you will see that it is organized into the following areas: a General section, Answers, Tools, Filters, and Findings.

"General" section for viewing questionnaire information

Information describing the questionnaire shows up in one area. From here, you can do the following:
- see relevant dates
- change due dates
- review the validation score
- download the questionnaire
- use Smart Answer AI
- manage who has access
- manage assignees

"Answers" area for answering and reviewing questions

The main workspace in questionnaires is the answers area. From here, you can do the following:
answer and review all questions
- filter questions
- view and add evidence
- send and receive messages
- flag questions for review
- add and remove findings from the findings report
- view the entire history of the questionnaire
- assign categories to teammates
- assign questions to teammates

Working with "Tools"

When creating a questionnaire, there are several tools available that are specific to each question. They include:
- add or remove evidence
- send and receive messages
- flag a question for review
- add or remove findings related to the question
- review the history of the question

There are also several types of flags available that you can use to filter the questions. They include:
- other
- business continuity
- change
- compliance
- data protection
- escalation
- financial
- high-risk
- incomplete response
- Scorecard conflict

Filtering questions

There are many ways to filter questions, including:
- whether a question is required
- type of question (like single select, text, number)
- flags (like compliance, data protection, escalation)
- whether a question was reviewed
- how a question was answered (like yes, no, N/A)
- whether a question has an issue associated with it
- assignee

Findings report

Questions can be added directly to the findings report while you're reviewing. This report allows you to do the following:
- provide a summary recommendation about the vendor based on questionnaire results
- add or remove findings from the report
- add or remove questions and their related findings
