From the Rating platform, Click on Support icon on the top right hand corner. You will be directed to the Support Portal.
To see your case history, Sign in using the Rating Platform credentials.
Open a Support Case by clicking on Submit a request button
You can now fill in the fields of the form.
Upon completion of the the Subject field, a set of Knowledge Base articles will be suggested.
Once all fields are completed, click on the Submit button. Our AI assistant will check if we can help you right away. If you still need assistance afterwards, click again on submit to create a ticket to our Support team.
