How to remove a scorecard from Board summary reports / I unfollowed a scorecard but still it appears in Board Summary Reports

Answer

1. Unfollow the Scorecard: Ensure that the scorecard is removed from all portfolios.

   • Navigate to the Portfolios section and than go through all created portfolios.

   • Locate the scorecard you want to remove.

   • Remove it from all portfolios where it is currently listed.

   • If you don't have permission to access other portfolios than contact your scorecard account admin user and ask admin user to unfollow scorecard.

2. Wait for System Update: The scorecard will continue to appear in summary reports for up to 3 to 4 days before it is fully removed as it waits for the scoring date.
