Problem
Despite having full access assigned in the questionnaire, the recipient is unable to answer the questions or upload evidence for review.
Solution
In most cases, if the permissions are setup correctly in the questionnaire, but the recipient is unable to answer any questions or add evidence, it may be due to the recipients user permissions on the user account. For example, if the account in question is assigned the Read-Only role, it will override the "full-access" questionnaire permissions, making it unanswerable.
In such cases it is best to reach out to your scorecard Customer Admin to see if your role can be changed and permissions can be elevated.
