The list of issue findings for TLS-related measurements shows a column "Observations" that includes a count value. When you click the count value, a modal dialog shows only the singular finding in the evidence row. Duplicate findings are not displayed.
Should the count of observations match the number of rows in the evidence modal dialog?
No, they are not expected to match.
The count is the number of times it has been observed, the observations are a list that is "deduplicated" down to the service so that you can see the spread of issues. Scanning the same TLS service on a host 86 times gives you a count of 86, but it gives only one entry in the "Observations" table with the newest date and newest configuration.
