Account administrators can add and remove users to and from their SecurityScorecard via the ‘Users’ section under ‘My Settings’ in their profile.
Account administrators can also assign and edit all access levels for all users on their SecurityScorecard account.
The following access levels are available:
Administrator - Full platform access, customer contact notifications, and account management
Designated Contact - Full platform access and customer contact notifications
User - Full platform access
Read-Only - View only, cannot manage companies or portfolios
- Note: Read-only is unavailable for Free Plan accounts.
Guest - Users pending approval with limited access. Cannot view portfiols or any private data from your organization
