You can control what kind of notifications you receive from the SecurityScorecard platform:
- Automated updates based on your rules: Receive a daily email of all notifications created by your automation rules. Learn more about creating rules.
- Invitations: Receive email updates about invitations you sent to vendors and partners.
- Customer contacts: Receive an email when a customer contacts your organization about your Scorecard.
Note: As a SecurityScorecard administrator, you continue to receive in-platform notifications about customer contacts.
Manage your notification settings
- In SecurityScorecard, click your profile avatar and select My Settings.
- Select Notification Settings in the left navigation panel.
- Using the toggle, turn the settings on or off as you prefer.
