Atlas and the SecurityScorecard ratings platform are tightly connected and therefore the user creates just one account to access both places. Atlas login is happening with the SecurityScorecard account and you can set up your personal details in the Platform under https://platform.securityscorecard.io/#/my-settings/my-profile.
Atlas works on a company-based level. All questionnaires are visible to all members of your company, as well as notifications about granted credits and the Atlas setting, e.g. for contact email or completed questionnaires visibility is also on company-based level. Company members are confirmed once logged into Atlas and from that moment on the questionnaire sent to a concrete email is visible to all company members and you can cooperate on filling-in.
In Atlas the user belongs to the same company as in SecurityScorecard ratings platform. Each email is linked to only one company in the platform. Company administrators are able to add new users.
Guest user
Some companies have Administrator approval set on in the platform company setting. In such cases, newly registered users have a Guest role, because they are not confirmed by the administrator yet. Guest users see only limited content in the platform, and in Atlas they have access only to questionnaires sent to their emails, or shared with them via collaboration dialog. Guest users don’t have access to other company data, as Answer & Evidence area and autocomplete features, Reports, Companies. To upgrade from Guest to Normal user, please contact the administrator of your company account on the platform.
If you are the administrator, you can edit the permissions at https://platform.securityscorecard.io/#/my-settings/users
Guest users can see only questionnaires sent namely to them or shared with them via collaboration.
