We have sunsetted Atlas. Use the Questionnaires tool to manage all your questionnaire-related operations.
You need credits to send questionnaires using the Questionnaires tool, whether you send them through the platform or by send a questionnaire link with email.
How you get credits
When you join SecurityScorecard, you receive five free credits to send five questionnaires. To purchase more, contact your Customer Success Manager.
The value of a credit
Each time you send a questionnaire, you use up one credit.
- If you send a questionnaire to one recipient at one organization, you use up one credit.
- If you send the same questionnaire to two different recipients at the same organization, you use up two credits.
- If you send two different questionnaires to one recipient each at two different corporations, you use up four credits.
- If you generate a questionnaire link to send to a recipient at an organization, you use up one credit.
When credits expire
Credits expire one year after purchase.
Note: If you have no credits, you cannot send questionnaires until you purchase new ones, but you can still see questionnaires that you have sent or received.
Check your available credits
- Select Questionnaires from the Communication drop-down in the top navigation.
- Click Send questionnaire.
- View your available credits on the right side of the page.
