Within the Companies tab on the navigation toolbar, you can see the SecurityScorecard ratings of the companies to whom you have sent questionnaires as well as the companies that have sent questionnaires to you.
The list of companies your organization has sent questionnaires to or received questionnaires from is listed at the bottom of the screen.
Next to each of the companies lists their rating, number of sent questionnaires, number of received questionnaires, and the tags associated with the company.
The chart plots the companies within whom you are interacting based on their SecurityScorecard grade and risk rating tags. The companies’ SecurityScorecard grades are plotted across the chart left to right from A to F, and ungraded companies are listed on the right. If the company does not contain a risk level tag, it will be listed below the SSG grade bar on the chart.
Hover over the hexagons on the chart to see the number of companies within that category, and you can click on the hexagon to filter results based on that category.
In order to remove the filter, click to the right of the chart.
To add the risk rating tags (High risk, Medium risk, and Low risk), click the “+” sign to the right of the tags of the company you want to update, type the risk level, then hit Enter on your keyboard.
Note: the risk rating tags used to plot the companies on the chart are case sensitive, so make sure to capitalize the first letter of the risk and use lowercase for the rest of the tag. You may also need to refresh your webpage for the tag to appear.
You can create custom tags by clicking the “+” sign as well.
You can search for a company that is using Atlas at the top of the page using the search bar. By using this function, you can find out if your new Vendor is already using Atlas.
You can click on the name of the company from the companies list to pull up another view of their questionnaire status.
In the tab Available questionnaires you can see all industry standards which the company has 100% completed and ask them for quick sending over to you. If you don’t want to publish your available questionnaires, change them in Settings.
