Customer is trying to setup a new password for the first time, or resetting a password and receives no error, but is stuck in a screen like below.
How is this issue discovered?
When setting up a password for the first time, or resetting a password in a browser, the screen above is produced.
How can this issue be resolved?
- If Internet Explorer, or any other Browser, please clear your cache
- If Google Chrome, clear cache and use the Incognito mode. You will find that mode in your browser in the top right hand corner under the 3 dots "".
- If none of this works, please submit a request on top of the page "" to support to provide you with a new token to reset your password.
