Description
On a parent scorecard, in the Digital Footprint details of a subdomain, there are neither issues reported nor a score impact. However, going on a custom scorecard, in the Digital Footprint of a subdomain, there are issues and score impact reported, yet there are no details. Going on the custom scorecard findings page shows no findings and no score impact. See screenshot.
Answer
This behaviour can occur when the custom scorecard is using Rapid Score Refresh feature (October 2024). On custom scorecard benefiting that feature, the Digital Footprint information relative to findings and scoring is out of sync compared to the actual findings and scoring information. The datasource used in the Digital Footprint is different compared to the datasource used for findings and scoring. We understand that this may be confusing, at this time our Product team is aware and evaluating possibilities of improvements. Should you encounter such behaviour, do not hesitate to raise a ticket to our Support team and mention the ID PROPS-18293.
