Why is the "Send Questionnaire" option disabled, even though I have available credits?
Answer
To enable the "Send Questionnaire" option, ensure that:
1. You've selected a questionnaire template (checked the corresponding radio button).
2. You've entered a valid email address or the valid scorecard/organization domain.
Once these conditions are met, the "Send Questionnaire" option should be enabled, and you can proceed.
On filling up the required fields, the 'Send Questionnaire' will be enabled.
