Why does the Custom Scorecard show the scoring date of findings as recent as today, while the source scorecard shows older scanning dates?

Answer

The difference is due to how Rapid Score Refresh (RSR) works for Custom Scorecards. Rapid Score Refresh (RSR) has been implemented since October 24th 2024 to improves the processing time of custom scorecard ~1 hr.

A regular (non-custom) scorecards will follow the standard platform scoring cycle, which may reflect the findings based on the last platform scoring date which can be up to 2 days behind the custom scorecard scoring date.
