Answer
The column 'Criticality' represents contextual information available in the backend, typically based on the asset type. However, this value is not currently used in scoring calculations or for determining the score impact. This feature is currently under review for decommissioning.
We understand that this column may cause some confusion, on the platform or when reviewing the exported .csv file. To address this, a request has been submitted to the Product Team to assess and review this feature in future updates.
