How can I update the logo that appears on my company's Scorecard Overview, Public Scorecard, etc.?

The steps for updating your Scorecard logo depend on your account type:
For Business and Enterprise Customers
Customer Admins can update the logo directly from the platform:

Navigate to My Settings > My Organization (under Admin Settings).

Upload a new logo in the designated logo section.

Save changes.
Only users with Admin access will see the logo upload option.
Even though the upload area does not display requirements, your logo must meet the following criteria for successful display:

Image format: PNG

Image size: 128 x 128 pixels

File name format: Use your domain name (e.g.,
example.com.png
)
For Freemium Customers
Please contact our Customer Support team and include your updated logo file as an attachment.
Make sure the file meets these same requirements:

Once submitted, our team will review and apply the new logo if it meets the criteria.
