A User/Teammate added as recipient in the rule does not receive Alert Notification in the platform.
Answer
Rules on the platform are independently set for user who creates the rule and shall receive Alert Notification for themselves based on the Action selected.
If another user is added under the Rule "Choose the Manager" or "Select Action" they shall not be able to receive the Alert Notification within the Platform as above and shall only receive the Email.
If other users want the Notification within the Platform, they require to set up the Rule for themself to be notified within the Platform. The ability to receive a notification within the platform for a rule created by another user is currently a Feature Request, do not hesitate to contact your Account Team to record your interest.
