"This IP address is no longer attributed to this scorecard" message on Custom Scorecards

Description

On a custom scorecard, there are findings attached to an asset. However, when checking details of the asset in the Digital Footprint, the message "This IP address is no longer attributed to this scorecard" is returned.

Answer

This behaviour can occur when the custom scorecard is using Rapid Score Refresh feature (October 2024). On custom scorecard benefiting that feature, the Digital Footprint information relative to findings and scoring is out of sync compared to the actual findings and scoring information. Details of the asset will be shown once the Digital Footprint datasource is updated (within 48hours). We understand that this may be confusing, at this time our Product team is aware and evaluating possibilities of improvements.
