You may see this message when viewing asset details from a custom scorecard if the scorecard data has refreshed before the Digital Footprint view updates.
In this case:
- The findings and score shown on the custom scorecard are accurate.
- The Digital Footprint view may temporarily display that the IP address is no longer attributed.
- The two views automatically resynchronize once the Digital Footprint data updates (typically within 48 hours).
No action is required in most cases.
If the message persists beyond 48 hours, contact Support and reference PROPS-18293 so the team can investigate further.
