Why will an Action Plan show a number of issues as resolved under the 'Progress' column when the action plan has not been sent out yet or a user has not taken any action to resolve findings?
Answer
The 'Progress' bar will count all resolved findings including findings that have decayed and aged off of the scorecard. The findings may have aged off of the scorecard without any user remediation using the platform.
