Forbidden (403) received when running playbook in Palo Alto XSOAR

Problem

When running a SecurityScorecard command in a Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR integration playbook the following error is received:

Reason
Failed to execute securityscorecard-alerts-list command.
Error:
Forbidden (403) 

Solution

This error can occur if there is an issue with the bot credentials.  Please ensure that the bot user ID is properly entered into the XSOAR settings.
