Access ChatSSC
- Open the Chatbot: Click the search bar at the top of your SecurityScorecard page, then select the ChatSSC button. The chat window will open on the right.
2. Ask a Question: You can either choose from one of the preset questions or type your own question into the text box.
3. Get Your Answer: Click Submit or press Enter. ChatSSC will provide an answer, often with recommendations or follow-up questions to help you get more information. Please note that the response might take a few seconds to load.
Provide ChatSSC feedback
Once you have your answer, you can use the copy button to save the response for a report or a team discussion. You can also give the answer a thumbs up or down to help us improve ChatSSC.
Manage your chat session
Your chat history is saved while you're logged in. If you close the chat window, you can reopen it, and your conversation will be right where you left off. However, keep in mind that once you log out or your session expires, your chat history will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. SecurityScorecard does not train on your data.

ChatSSC provides data for the companies and assets mapped to the domains monitored through your SecurityScorecard subscription.

ChatSSC pulls security ratings, vulnerabilities, and attack surface details from SecurityScorecard’s API, including active issues, historical breaches, and CVE details.
