I would like to change my email address, I do not see an option on the platform. How can I proceed?
Answer
Email addresses cannot be modified directly within the SecurityScorecard platform. To update a user's email, please create a new user profile with the desired address and deactivate the old one.
Settings can be transferred from the previous email account by doing the following:
- Portfolios can be transferred by going to 'Companies -> Portfolios' select a portfolio and select Export -> CSV. The CSV file can be used to import the portfolios in the new account.
- If any API tokens are being used, these will need to be re-created once the new account is created, and any integration or script updated with the new token
- Take screenshots of any previous Rules by selecting the rule and selecting 'Edit'. The rule can then be re-created in the new account.
- Take screenshots of any custom scorecard filters by selecting 'edit' on the custom scorecard. The custom scorecard can be re-created in the new user account.
