1. API Integration (Secure Token)

• You can programmatically provision access to your Trust Page (Data Room) by integrating directly with the HyperComply API. This allows you to build custom workflows to bypass manual NDAs for specific users.

   

  To generate invitation requests, use the POST /trust_page/{trust_page_id}/data_room endpoint.

2. Salesforce Automatic Approval via Domain Lookup

• Automated Approval: Approve access based on:

  • Opportunity Stage (e.g., Proposal Sent, Negotiation)

  • Account Fields (e.g., Customer Type, Account Status)

• Domain Match Required: The requesting user must use an email domain associated with the Salesforce account.

• Security Tip: Competitors with matching domains may be approved — review your domain rules carefully.

• Bypass NDA Workflow: Automatically skip the NDA process for contacts marked as pre-authorized using a Salesforce lookup field.
