Instructional Guide: Accessing Security Documents via a HyperComply Trust Page

1. Open the Trust Page
   Use the link provided to access the Trust Page.

2. Request the Needed Files
   Browse and select the files you require by tapping on the request button.

3. Complete the Form
   Fill out the form with your personal details as requested.

4. Open the Magic Link
   Once approved, you’ll receive a magic link via email. Use this link to access the files for the time specified by the client.

5. Confirm Terms and Conditions
   Follow the prompts to agree to the terms and conditions.

6. Sign the NDA (if required)
   If the client mandates an NDA, sign it to proceed.

7. Future Visits
   Now that your access request has been approved, simply visit the provided link and click "Login." Enter your email address, and we'll send you a new magic link to regain access.

8. Access Expiration: Request an Extension
   If access to the Trust Page has expired entirely, contact your Point of Contact to request an extension.
