To share a Security Review with a vendor, they must first be included in your Vendor list within the Due Diligence section of HyperComply. There are two ways to add vendors: individually or in bulk.

Option 1: Create a Vendor Individually

If you only need to add a single vendor:

1. Go to the Vendors page

    

   

    

2. Click "+ Create"

3. Fill out the Add a vendor form. While only a few fields are required, we highly recommend completing the optional fields to help your team maintain the right security posture.

    

   

    

4. Click "Create". This will create a new Vendor Page for managing assessments, reviews, and notes.

Option 2: Bulk upload multiple Vendors

To add multiple vendors at once:

1. Prepare a spreadsheet with the following four columns:

   • Vendor name

   • Vendor description

   • Contact email

   • Contact name

   Make sure your spreadsheet is saved as a CSV file.

    

   

    

2. On the Vendors tab, click + Create and choose Bulk upload vendors.

    

   

    

3. Drag and drop your vendor spreadsheet into the popup window and match each CSV Header to the appropriate Vendor Field

    

   

    

4. Once uploaded, your vendors will appear in your Vendor list, ready to be added to groups or reviewed.
