Titan Secure Continuous Monitoring is in beta. Features and behavior may change, and some functionality is still in development. To share feedback or report an issue, complete the support form.
The profile page provides a single, cohesive view of a company's identity and risk posture in Titan. It works in two contexts: when you open a vendor from your directory, you're viewing that vendor's profile; when you open your own organization's entry, you're viewing your profile. The layout and widgets are the same; what changes is whose data you're looking at and what actions are available.
The profile organizes information into several widgets, each highlighting a different aspect of identity and risk. Most widgets display data pulled from the platform. The Details widget is the exception; it's where you record your organization's internal context about the vendor relationship, such as risk level, contract details, and assigned contacts.
About the company
Provides firmographic information about the vendor, including company description, primary domain, headquarters location, industry, employee count, and company status. Source indicators show where each piece of information was obtained.
Details
Shows organization-specific information about the vendor relationship, including:
- Business impact
- Data types shared
- Inherent risk
- Contract end date and value
- Access type
- Vendor ID
These attributes provide additional context for evaluating vendor risk and can inform prioritization and analysis across the platform (for example, by focusing on findings for vendors with network-level access or exposure to sensitive data).
You can edit your vendor details at any time by selecting the edit icon.
Points of contact
Lists the vendor’s known points of contact, including names, titles, and verification status. Each contact record also includes a source badge indicating the source of the information. Contacts added by the vendor and Titan cannot be edited.
Risk scores
Displays the vendor’s security scores, including the overall score, breach risk, and ransomware risk. Each score includes both a letter grade (A–F) and a numeric value.
Security findings
Summarizes security findings associated with the vendor to help users quickly identify areas of concern. The widget highlights key metrics, including \Total Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEVs), new and flagged findings, and recently resolved findings. Select View all to see a breakdown by finding type.
Products used
Shows the software, libraries, and operating systems detected on a vendor's network-reachable assets. This gives you visibility into the vendor's technology stack, including specific versions, without needing to ask them directly. This widget is only available for monitored vendors.
