The profile page provides a single, cohesive view of a company's identity and risk posture in Titan AI. It works in two contexts: when you open a vendor from your directory, you're viewing that vendor's profile; when you open your own organization's entry, you're viewing your profile.
The profile organizes information into several widgets, each highlighting a different aspect of identity and risk. Most widgets display data pulled from the platform. The Details widget is the exception; it's where you record your organization's internal context about the vendor relationship, such as risk level, contract details, and assigned contacts.
You can access this page by going to My Company > My Profile.
About
Provides firmographic information about the company, including description, primary domain, headquarters location, industry, and employee count. On your own profile, this widget can be edited using the edit icon. This edit option is not available when viewing a vendor's profile.
Details
Available only when viewing a vendor's profile, this widget shows organization-specific information about the vendor relationship, including:
- Risk
- Data types shared
- Business impact
- Vendor ID
- Access type
- Contract value
- Contract end date
- Last assessed date
- Coworker contact
- External vendor contact
These attributes provide additional context for evaluating vendor risk and can inform prioritization and analysis across the platform (for example, by focusing on findings for vendors with network-level access or exposure to sensitive data).
You can edit these details at any time by selecting the edit icon.
Points of contact
Lists known points of contact, along with a count of how many are on file. Each contact shows an avatar, name, and role. Select the edit icon to add or manage contacts.
Scoring
Displays three scores: Overall score, BSI, and Ransomware, each with its last update time. The Overall score shows both a letter grade (A–F) and a numeric value. BSI and Ransomware show a graphic alongside a risk level (Very Low, Low, Moderate, High) rather than a numeric value.
Security Score
Shows the company's overall letter grade and numeric score on a color gradient scale, alongside the industry average grade and score. Includes a historical chart comparing the organization's score over time against the industry average, with markers for recalibration events. Select Learn how we calculate scores for methodology details.
Security findings
Summarizes security findings to help users quickly identify areas of concern, along with the last update date. The widget highlights key metrics, including Total Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEVs), new findings in the last 30 days, and findings resolved in the last 30 days. Select View all to see a breakdown by finding type. Below these metrics, a remediation requests summary shows how many companies have requested remediation and how many flagged findings have open remediation requests.
Security events
Summarizes security events by status (Active, Investigating, and Archived), with a callout for events new since your last visit. Below these counts, an "Open events by impact" breakdown shows how many active events are confirmed versus potential impact. Select View all to see the full list.
Products used
Shows the products detected on network-reachable assets, along with a count next to the widget title. This gives you visibility into the technology stack without needing to ask directly. If no products have been detected, the widget displays "No products detected yet." This widget only appears for monitored vendors and on your own profile.
