Use the Vendor Engagement report to understand whether vendors are responding to your invitations to engage with their Scorecards, and whether their scores are improving as a result. Share these insights with your executives or board to showcase the effectiveness of your Vendor Risk Management (VRM) efforts or to highlight gaps.
The report tracks several data points related to your vendor outreach:
- The number of accepted and pending invitations to vendors
- How vendor scores change after they engage with their Scorecards as indicated by:
- Correlation of accepted invitations to score improvements
- Score comparisons between vendors who accepted your invitations and those who did not
View and filter the report
You can filter the report data in different ways to focus on specific Portfolios.

- Select Reporting Center from the Core Tools menu in the top navigation bar.
- On the Trends and Analysis page, select Company Triage.
- To use filters, hover over the grey handle on the right. When the triangle appears, click it to expand the filter pane.
- Change filter settings in the right-side pane.
- To select specific Portfolios, scroll through the list, or start typing the name of a portfolio. Click OK to apply your selection.
Tip: You can exclude individual items by clearing their checkboxes. Or if the list includes many items, click the checkbox in the top row to clear all selections, so that you can then easily select individual items.
- To select a different dates for the reporting window, select one of the display options in the left area of the filter and then select the dates. For example, select the Calendar option and then select a start and end date from the displayed calendar.
Tip: Each time you apply a filter, it changes the displayed data, and you can adjust filters more any time.
- To select specific Portfolios, scroll through the list, or start typing the name of a portfolio. Click OK to apply your selection.
- Select Reporting Center from the Core Tools menu in the top navigation bar.
