Questionnaires are structured assessments used to collect information from vendors about their security, compliance, and risk posture.
In MAX, you can view questionnaires to track progress, monitor vendor responses, and identify which assessments may require follow-up. This helps you stay informed on questionnaire activity across your organization and prioritize next steps.
View and track questionnaires
The Questionnaires page in MAX provides a high-level summary of questionnaire activity, followed by a detailed table of individual questionnaires. You can access this page by going to MAX > Dashboard and selecting Questionnaires.
At the top of the page, the status section shows how questionnaires are progressing across your organization.
The following statuses are used:
- Overdue: The questionnaire is overdue and still incomplete.
- Complete: The questionnaire has been finalized.
- In review: Responses have been submitted and are being reviewed.
- Started: The vendor has begun working on the questionnaire.
- Not started: The vendor has not yet opened the questionnaire.
Below the summary, the Questionnaires table lists all questionnaires associated with your organization.
From this table, you can:
- Export questionnaire data for reporting or analysis
- View questionnaire details and current status
- Track progress across multiple vendors
Create and manage questionnaires
Questionnaires cannot be created or edited in MAX. To build, send, or manage questionnaires, use the Questionnaires section of the platform.
