When a security event names your own organization, customers who assess you as a vendor may reach out for more information about whether you were affected.
The My Company > My Events page gives you a single place to review those events, see which customers have requested a response, and submit your organization's official statement on the incident.
Triaging an event means confirming whether you were impacted and providing that answer before, or as, customer requests come in.
Reviewing an event
Go to My Company > My Events and select an event to open its details.
Impact overview
Shows a status badge: Active, Triaged, Response needed, Reopened, Archived, or Retracted.
Request log
Lists each customer who has requested information about this event, their most recent request type (Initial response request or Follow up), and the date it was made.
Respond to an event
Select Triage event (shown as Re-triage if the event has been reopened). In the dialog that opens:
- Select whether your organization was Impacted or Not impacted.
- Enter a comment with additional details to the impact on your organization.
- Optionally attach supporting evidence files.
- Select Respond and Triage to submit your response.
Your response becomes visible to any customer who has requested information about this event.
