Titan Secure Continuous Monitoring is in beta. Features and behavior may change, and some functionality is still in development. To share feedback or report an issue, complete the support form.
When a security event affects vendors in your portfolio, you can investigate the impact and coordinate follow-up directly from the event details page. Triaging an event means confirming which vendors are affected, reaching out for more information, and tracking the status of each investigation until it's resolved.
The Vendors table lists organizations that may be impacted based on available intelligence and dependency analysis. For each vendor, the table shows the reasoning behind the potential link to the event, the current investigation status, and the impact outcome.
To take action on a vendor, open the row actions menu (ellipsis) for that vendor.
Two options are available:
-
Request Remediation
Opens a two-step wizard to send an outreach email to the vendor. In the first step, you select the recipients. In the second step, you review the message, optionally add a custom note, and click Send request to deliver it. -
Flag / Unflag
Marks a vendor as impacted or clears the flag. A confirmation dialog appears before the action is applied. If the vendor has already responded to the event, a warning is shown to avoid redundant flagging.
You can also Flag or Unflag multiple vendors at once using the bulk actions that appear when rows are selected.
Each vendor's triage state is tracked individually and can be one of the following: investigating, affected, not affected, or remediated.
When vendors respond, their answers appear in the event details view, allowing you to review them and update your investigation accordingly.
