Problem
The scoring shows a drop for a future date, but I am unable to find the score-impacting issues to remediate.
Solution
Every month, SecurityScorecard introduces changes that could impact your score, such as scoring recalibrations, new issue types or modified severity levels. We announce these updates in advance here to help you anticipate any impact to your Scorecard.
The displayed projected date most often correlates with a new upcoming scoring update. See Scoring Update Release Notes
Download and review the New Findings report for information that helps you proactively remediate these new measurement changes.
Download the New Findings report
1. Select My Scorecard from the top navigation bar.
2. Select the wrench icon under your score and click Download Reports.
3. Select New Findings to download the .csv file with detailed information.
Note: To mitigate or prevent negative score impact, address and resolve findings before the scheduled scoring update.
