The Outbound Communications page lets you manage and preview the automated emails Titan AI sends to vendors and other external contacts. Unlike your personal Communication settings, which control what your teammates receive in their own inboxes, Outbound Communications controls what gets sent to people outside your organization.
To access these settings, go to Org Settings > Outbound Communications.
What the page shows
Each row represents one type of external email and includes:
- Email type: The event that triggers the email
- To: Who receives it (for example, the vendor contact on file, or thread participants)
-
Sent from: The sending address, currently
noreply@securityscorecard.io - Enable: A toggle to turn that email type on or off
A settings icon next to each row opens a preview of the content in that email.

Turning an email type on or off
Use the toggle in the Enable column to turn a given email type on or off. This applies organization-wide to every recipient of that email type. It does not affect any other email type, and it is separate from any individual teammate's personal notification preferences.
Turning an email type off stops that email from being sent, but does not remove the underlying request, reminder, or thread from Titan. Vendors and contacts can still be reached or reviewed in-app even if the corresponding email is disabled.
FAQ
If I disable an email type, will vendors still see the request in any other way?
Yes. Disabling an email type only stops the outbound email. The underlying remediation request, security event, or the Communication Center thread is still available wherever vendors and contacts normally access it.
Can I customize the content of a specific email type?
Not yet. We plan to add content customization in a future release.
