Titan AI is in beta. Features and behavior may change, and some functionality is still in development. To share feedback or report an issue, complete the support form.
Your account menu gives you quick access to your personal sign-in settings. From here, you can update your profile, change your password, and turn on two-factor authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of protection to your account.
You can access this menu by selecting your avatar in the top-right corner of the platform and selecting Authentication settings.
From this menu, you can:
- Update your profile information.
- Change your password.
- Turn on two-factor authentication (MFA) for your account.
Profile
Select Profile to view or update the basic information associated with your account, such as your name. This information identifies you across the platform, for example in activity logs and comments.
Password
Select Password to change your sign-in password. You'll be asked to enter your current password before setting a new one. We recommend updating your password if you suspect it may have been compromised, or regularly as part of good account hygiene.
Note: If your organization signs in through SSO, this option may not be available since your password is managed by your identity provider.
Two-factor authentication (MFA)
Select Two-factor authentication (MFA) to add a second step to your sign-in process, on top of your password. Once enabled, you'll confirm your identity with a code from an authenticator app (or another supported method) each time you sign in.
Turning on MFA is one of the most effective ways to protect your account, since it means a stolen or guessed password alone isn't enough for someone to sign in as you. We strongly recommend enabling it if it isn't already turned on.
