The Agents page gives you a single place to see every AI agent built for use in Titan — what each one does, which model powers it, and how it is performing. Use it to monitor how your existing agents are running, what they cost, and what automation is already available across your account.
Check the Agents page any time you want to:
- See what automation is already available before building something new.
- Confirm an agent is running reliably (via its success rate) before adding it to a workflow you depend on.
- Understand what an agent is actually doing and which tools or model it relies on.
- Track how much your agents run and how much they cost over time.
To access this page, go to Automations > Agents.
What you can see at a glance
At the top of the page, four summary tiles give you a quick health check across all of your agents:
| Tile | What it tells you |
| Agents | The total number of agents available to your account. |
| Runs / 30D | How many times all of your agents have run in the last 30 days. |
| Avg Success | The average success rate across all agent runs, so you can tell at a glance whether your automations are running reliably. |
| Models in use | How many distinct AI models are powering your agents. |
What each agent card tells you
Below the summary tiles, every agent appears as its own card (or row, if you switch to list view using the toggle in the top right). Each one shows:
| Field | What it means |
| Name & category | The agent's name and the general area of work it supports. |
| Description | A summary of what the agent does. |
| Tools | How many tools the agent has access to complete its task. |
| Runs / 30D | How many times this specific agent has run in the last 30 days. |
| Cost / mo | What running this agent has cost over the last month, so you can track spend per agent. |
| Workflow Builder | A note confirming you can add this agent directly to a workflow you build yourself. |
Click an agent to open its detail view, which shows its model, latency, and cost; the specific tools it uses; its underlying instructions; and a record of what triggers it.
How to use an agent in a workflow
Any agent marked Available as an AI block in Workflow Builder can be added directly into a workflow you build, the same way you add any other step. This means you do not need to recreate an agent's logic yourself; you can reuse it as a ready-made building block inside your own automation.
