My Company and My Network are the two views that organize everything you do in Titan AI by relationship: your organization's data or the vendors you monitor. Every account starts in My Company. This article explains what each view is for, how they relate to each other, and why the same feature (like findings or assessments) can look different depending on which view you're in.
Compare My Company and My Network
My Company is your own organization's data: your profile, your security events, and the findings and assessments that your customers have raised about you. Every organization has this view, and it's where you land when you first sign in.
My Network shows the vendors you monitor: their profiles, findings, and assessments.
Note: You may hear the term Vendor Risk Manager (VRM) used to describe the person or team responsible for monitoring vendors. VRM refers to that role, not a section of the product. The actual view you navigate to is called My Network.

Suppose your company, Vertex Analytics, uses Titan AI. Vertex has its own customer, Globex Retail, and its own vendor, Brightline CRM.
Because Globex is Vertex's customer, Globex can send Vertex an assessment or flag a finding against Vertex. Vertex sees and responds to both from My Company. This is Vertex acting as somebody else's vendor.
Because Brightline is Vertex's vendor, Brightline shows up in Vertex's My Network. From there, Vertex sends Brightline an assessment or flags a finding against them. This is Vertex acting as somebody else's customer.
The same company can be on both sides of these relationships at once, just like Vertex is here. Which view something lives in depends only on the direction of the relationship, not on what kind of company you are.
Match feature names across views
Because My Company and My Network represent opposite directions of the same relationship, a few features are named differently depending on which view you're in:

If you're looking for a feature and can't find it under one name, check whether it's listed under its counterpart in the other view.
See what's shared between both views
Not everything forks by direction. Some features, like the Communication Center and Vendor Directory, are the same in both My Company and My Network, since they aren't tied to a specific relationship.
Tip: If you're not sure which view an article or feature applies to, ask: "Am I looking at my own findings/assessments, or my vendor's?" My Company always means the former; My Network always means the latter.
