Customers know MAX delivers value, but proving it to their own leadership at renewal time is harder without a number behind it. The ROI dashboard solves this by turning MAX's work into a single, defensible figure: hours saved, dollar value, and ROI multiple. Every number on the dashboard ties back to work a customer can trace and verify elsewhere in the portal, so it holds up under scrutiny.
To access the ROI dashboard, go to MAX > Customer Portal. The Dashboards page opens on the ROI tab by default.
Dashboard filters and time period
Widgets respond to the dashboard's global Tags and Tiers filters, and most also respond to the time period selector (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year, defaulting to 90 days). Several widgets can be selected to open a detail view with a month-by-month or category-by-category breakdown, each row linking to the portal page where the underlying work is visible.
